Image forming apparatus with tool for holding exposure head and the tool thereof

A holding tool for an image forming apparatus, the image forming apparatus including:

• a photosensitive member unit that includes a photosensitive member and is exchangeable for the image forming apparatus;
• a developing unit that includes a developer bearing member and is exchangeable for the image forming apparatus;
• an exposure head configured to expose the photosensitive member, the exposure head being elongated along an axial direction of the photosensitive member;
• and
• an exposure support member configured to support the exposure head in a detachable manner,
• wherein the holding tool is configured to hold the exposure head, and
• wherein the holding tool is insertable into the image forming apparatus from outside the image forming apparatus into a portion where the developing unit or the photosensitive member unit of the image forming apparatus is provided before being detached, and is configured to hold the exposure head that is detached from the exposure support member in a state where the holding tool is inserted into the image forming apparatus.
