Abstract
An isolated antibody, comprising: a heavy chain variable domain (VH) that is at least 75% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; and a light chain variable domain (VL) that is at least 75% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2; wherein the antibody binds specifically to human neurotensin receptor 1 (hNTSR1).

An isolated antibody comprising:
- (a) a heavy chain CDR1 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 3, a heavy chain CDR2 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 5, a heavy chain CDR3 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 7 or SEQ ID NO:
- 8, a light chain CDR1 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 9, a light chain CDR2 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 10, and a light chain CDR3 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 11 or SEQ ID NO:
- 12;
- (b) a heavy chain CDR1 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 4, a heavy chain CDR2 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 5, a heavy chain CDR3 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 6 or SEQ ID NO:
- 8, a light chain CDR1 comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
