System and method for using an artificial intelligence engine to anonymize competitive performance rankings in a rehabilitation setting

A system for performing an exercise with an exercise apparatus, the system comprising:

• a processing device;
• an artificial intelligence (AI) engine executed by the processing device;
• a memory including instruction that, when executed by the processing device, cause the processing device to:
• receive first patient data, wherein the first patient data includes at least a first patient identifier associated with the first patient and a first treatment plan including an exercise, wherein the first treatment plan is generated by one or more computer-implemented models trained using training data comprising inputs mapped to outputs, wherein the inputs are associated with medical conditions of users and the outputs are associated with treatment plans;
• receive first measurement data, where the first measurement data is associated with a first performance data;
• receive second measurement data, where the second measurement data is associated with at least one of a second performance data and a second patient identifier;
• anonymize the second patient identifier;
• determine, via the artificial intelligence engine and based on one or more differences between the first and the second measurement data, differential data;
• present, with a patient interface, at least one of the differential data, first measurement data, second measurement data, and the first patient data;
• and
• based on the first treatment plan, control, via the one or more computer-implemented models, the exercise apparatus by automatically modifying an operating parameter of a physical portion of the exercise apparatus.
