Abstract
Disclosed herein are compositions and methods for treating an individual having a leukemia. In certain aspects, the methods may include administering an IODVA1 compound and ponatinib to an individual in need thereof for treatment of a leukemia, which may include, for example, TKI-resistant leukemia, TKI-resistant Ph+ B-ALL, Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML), Ph-Positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), Ph-like ALL, Resistant Chronic Phase Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CP-CML), MLL-rearranged B-ALL, and VAV3 positive leukemia.

A method of treating an individual having a leukemia comprising
- administering a compound having the structure
- or a tautomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or hydrate thereof to the individual;
- and
- administering ponatinib to the individual.
