Cosmetic composition comprising an amino silicone, a non-amino silicone and a non-ionic associative polymer, and cosmetic treatment process

A composition comprising:

• (i) an oil-in-water emulsion having a particle size D50 of less than 350 nm, and comprising:
• a silicone mixture comprising (a) a polydialkylsiloxane comprising trialkylsilyl end groups, having a viscosity at 25° C. ranging from 40,000 to 100,000 mPa·s, and (b) an amino silicone having a viscosity at 25° C. ranging from 1,000 to 15,000 mPa·s and an amine number ranging from 2 to 10 mg of KOH per gram of amino silicone;
• a surfactant mixture comprising one or more non-ionic surfactants, said mixture having an HLB ranging from 10 to 16;
• and
• water;
• and
• (ii) at least one non-ionic associative polymer chosen from:
• a polycondensate of polyethylene glycol comprising 150 or 180 mol of ethylene oxide, of decyl alcohol and of methylenebis(4-cyclohexyl isocyanate) (SMDI), or
• a polycondensate of polyethylene glycol comprising 150 or 180 mol of ethylene oxide, of stearyl alcohol and of methylenebis(4-cyclohexyl isocyanate) (SMDI), or mixtures thereof.

A method for treating keratin materials, comprising applying to said keratin materials a composition comprising:

• (i) an oil-in-water emulsion comprising:
• (a) at least one amino silicone,
• (b) at least one non-amino silicone, and
• (ii) at least one non-ionic associative polymer chosen from polyurethane polyethers able to be obtained by Polycondensation of at least three compounds comprising:
• (a) at least one polyethylene glycol,
• (b) at least one alcohol, and
• (c) at least one diisocyanate.
