A method for preparing a flavoring agent,
- comprising mixing compounds including γ-Glu-Gly, γ-Glu-Leu, γ-Glu-Met, γ-Glu-His, pyroGlu-Glu, pyroGlu-Gln, Pro-Pro, Pro-Val, Arg-Pro, Ser-Pro, Val-Pro, Arg-Gly, and Gly-Arg.
