Abstract
Systems and methods for determining parameters for facility assets at an operational facility site. The method including receiving operational data associated with facility assets from a facility computing device, processing the operational data to generate asset data, communicating the asset data to a facility asset parameter computing device using a first communication link, generating asset parameters using the asset data, generating user interfaces to indicate the asset parameters, and communicating the user interfaces to the facility computing device via a second communication link to cause the facility computing device to indicate the user interfaces.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- mapping operational data to read-only registers of a gateway device, the operational data associated with one or more facility assets, the operational data acquired via one or more sensors associated with the one or more facility assets;
- processing, using a read only data table implemented as the read-only registers of the gateway device, the operational data to generate asset data;
- communicating, via a networking device, the asset data to a facility asset parameter computing device using a first communication link;
- generating, via the facility asset parameter computing device, one or more asset parameters using the asset data;
- and
- communicating the one or more asset parameters to a facility computing device via a second communication link.
A system comprising:
- a gateway device including read-only registers and configured to;
- map operational data associated with one or more facility assets to the read-only registers;
- and
- generate asset data by processing the operational data associated with one or more facility assets using a read only data table implemented as the read-only registers;
- a networking device configured to communicate the asset data via a first communication link;
- and
- a facility asset parameter computing device configured to receive the asset data via the first communication link and generate one or more asset parameters, the one or more asset parameters communicated to a facility computing device via a second communication link.
A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions, which when executed by at least one data processor, result in operations comprising:
- mapping operational data to read-only registers of a gateway device, the operational data associated with one or more facility assets, the operational data acquired via one or more sensors associated with the one or more facility assets;
- processing operational data to generate asset data using a read only data table implemented as the read-only registers, the operational data associated with one or more facility assets;
- communicating the asset data to a facility asset parameter computing device using a first communication link;
- generating one or more asset parameters using the asset data;
- and
- communicating the one or more asset parameters to a facility computing device using a second communication link.
