Abstract
In some embodiments, a computing system may cause display of a first notification about a first monitored location and, before display of a second notification about a second monitored location, may determine that first data about the second monitored location satisfies at least a first criterion and refrain from causing display of second notification based at least in part on satisfaction of the first criterion.
Claims20
A method, comprising:
- storing, by a computing system and in one or more data stores, an image of an event detected by a security system monitoring a property;
- in response to determining that an endpoint device has received a user input placing the security system in an operational state, storing, by the computing system and in the one or more data stores, first data indicating that the security system is in the operational state;
- receiving, by the computing system and from the one or more data stores, second data from a record associated with the event, the second data being indicative of one or more features detected in the image;
- after the image has been stored in the one or more data stores and before a human monitoring agent has reviewed the event, determining, by the computing system, that the first data satisfies a first criterion for presentation to a human monitoring agent and that the second data satisfies a second criterion for presentation to a human monitoring agent;
- and
- based at least in part on the first data satisfying the first criterion and the second data satisfying the second criterion, causing, by the computing system, at least one of a plurality of monitoring applications to display a notification associated with the event.

A system, comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- one or more computer-readable mediums encoded with instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the system to:
- store, in one or more data stores, an image of an event detected by a security system monitoring a property;
- in response to determining that an endpoint device has received a user input placing the security system in an operational state, store, in the one or more data stores, first data indicating that the security system is in the operational state;
- receive, from the one or more data stores, second data from a record associated with the event, the second data being indicative of one or more features detected in the image;
- after the image has been stored in the one or more data stores and before a human monitoring agent has reviewed the event, determine that the first data satisfies a first criterion for presentation to a human monitoring agent and that the second data satisfies a second criterion for presentation to a human monitoring agent;
- and
- based at least in part on the first data satisfying the first criterion and the second data satisfying the second criterion, cause at least one of a plurality of monitoring applications to display a notification associated with the event.

- one or more data stores configured to store (i) an image of an event detected by a security system monitoring a property and (ii) first data in a record associated with the event, the first data being indicative of one or more features detected in the image;
- and
- one or more processors configured to:
- in response to determining that an endpoint device has received a user input placing the security system in an operational state, store, in the one or more data stores, second data indicating that the security system is in the operational state;
- and
- cause, after the image has been stored in the one or more data stores and before a human monitoring agent has reviewed the event, at least one of a plurality of monitoring applications to display a notification about the event based at least in part on the first data satisfying a first criterion and the second data satisfying a second criterion.
