Abstract
Systems and methods for organizing status-based tasks in tablature are disclosed. A system may include at least one processor configured to maintain a plurality of task tables for a plurality of entities, wherein each task table of the plurality of task tables contains a plurality of tasks, each task being defined by a row of cells. The processor may configure a cell associated with each task in each task table to maintain a status value, and may output a signal to display an aggregate table consolidating, from the plurality of task tables of the plurality of entities, a list of tasks that share a common status value.

A system for electronic consolidation of status-based tasks in tablature, the system comprising:
- at least one processor configured to:
- maintain a plurality of task tables for a plurality of entities, wherein each task table of the plurality of task tables contains a plurality of tasks, each task being defined by a row of cells;
- maintain in each of the plurality of task tables, at least one column for containing status values;
- provide a cell associated with each task in the at least one column of each task table to maintain at least one of the status values;
- generate an output signal to consolidate at least two tasks from the plurality of tasks, the at least two tasks being expressed differently in differing task tables yet having common status values based on common meaning;
- in response to the output signal, pull data from the at least two tasks to enable formation of an interactive aggregate table;
- output a display signal to a client-side user device over a network, the display signal for causing the client-side user device to dynamically present:
- the interactive aggregate table consolidating, from the plurality of task tables of the plurality of entities, a list of tasks that share the common status values and associated status values;
- and
- summary information of the interactive aggregate table via at least one graphical representation;
- upon receipt of a user modification to a specific status value in the interactive aggregate table, update the display signal to cause a removal or an addition of a row in the interactive aggregate table presented on the client-side user device, the row in the presented interactive aggregate table corresponding to a task having the user modified specific status value;
- automatically modify a specific cell in at least one of the plurality of task tables based on the user modified specific status value, wherein particular cells of the aggregate table are mirrored across corresponding cells that appear in the plurality of task tables to enable a change in data in the particular cells to cause a data change in real or near real time in the corresponding cells;
- and
- upon receipt of a user input, display an updated version of the interactive aggregate table and updated summary information of the interactive aggregate table, the user input including:
- a first user selection of a selectable element for causing a floating graphical user interface (GUI) to overlay the summary information, wherein the floating GUI is a filter that includes a plurality of buttons each representing a feature or a characteristic in the interactive aggregate table;
- and
- a second user selection of one or more buttons of the plurality of buttons for causing the interactive aggregate table and the summary information of the interactive aggregate table to update based on the feature or the characteristic represented by each of the one or more buttons.
A non-transitory computer readable medium containing instructions that when executed by at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform operations comprising:
- maintaining a plurality of task tables for a plurality of entities, wherein each task table of the plurality of task tables contains a plurality of tasks, each task being defined by a row of cells;
- maintaining in each of the plurality of task tables, at least one column for containing status values;
- providing a cell associated with each task in the at least one column of each task table to maintain at least one of the status values;
- generating an output signal to consolidate at least two tasks from the plurality of tasks, the at least two tasks being expressed differently in differing task tables yet having common status values based on common meaning;
- in response to the output signal, pulling the data from the at least two tasks to enable formation of an interactive aggregate table;
- outputting a display signal to a client-side user device over a network, the display signal for causing the client-side user device to dynamically present:
- the interactive aggregate table consolidating, from the plurality of task tables of the plurality of entities, a list of tasks that share the common status values and associated status values;
- and
- summary information of the interactive aggregate table via at least one graphical representation;
- upon receipt of a user modification to a specific status value in the interactive aggregate table, updating the display signal to cause a removal or an addition of a row in the interactive aggregate table presented on the client-side user device, the row in the presented interactive aggregate table corresponding to a task having the user modified specific status value;
- automatically modify a specific cell in at least one of the plurality of task tables based on the user modified specific status value, wherein particular cells of the aggregate table are mirrored across corresponding cells that appear in the plurality of task tables to enable a change in data in the particular cells to cause a data change in real or near real time in the corresponding cells;
- and
- upon receipt of a user input, display an updated version of the interactive aggregate table and updated summary information of the interactive aggregate table, the user input including:
- a first user selection of a selectable element for causing a floating graphical user interface (GUI) to overlay the summary information, wherein the floating GUI is a filter that includes a plurality of buttons each representing a feature or a characteristic in the interactive aggregate table;
- and
- a second user selection of one or more buttons of the plurality of buttons for causing the interactive table and the summary information of the interactive aggregate table to update based on the feature or the characteristic represented by each of the one or more buttons.
A method for electronic consolidation of status-based tasks in tablature, the method comprising:
- maintaining a plurality of task tables for a plurality of entities, wherein each task table of the plurality of task tables contains a plurality of tasks, each task being defined by a row of cells;
- maintaining in each of the plurality of task tables, at least one column for containing status values;
- providing a cell associated with each task in the at least one column of each task table to maintain at least one of the status values;
- generating an output signal to consolidate at least two tasks from the plurality of tasks, the at least two tasks being expressed differently in differing task tables and having common status values based on common meaning;
- in response to the output signal, pulling the data from the at least two tasks to enable formation of an interactive aggregate table and associated status values;
- outputting a display signal to a client-side user device over a network, the display signal for causing the client-side user device to dynamically present:
- the interactive aggregate table consolidating, from the plurality of task tables of the plurality of entities, a list of tasks that share the common status values;
- and
- summary information of the interactive aggregate table via at least one graphical representation;
- upon receipt of a user modification to a specific status value in the interactive aggregate table, updating the display signal to cause a removal or an addition of a row in the interactive aggregate table presented on the client-side user device, the row in the presented interactive aggregate table corresponding to a task having the user modified specific status value;
- automatically modify a specific cell in at least one of the plurality of task tables based on the user modified specific status value, wherein particular cells of the aggregate table are mirrored across corresponding cells that appear in the plurality of task tables to enable a change in data in the particular cells to cause a data change in real or near real time in the corresponding cells;
- and
- upon receipt of a user input, display an updated version of the interactive aggregate table and updated summary information of the interactive aggregate table, the user input including:
- a first user selection of a selectable element for causing a floating graphical user interface (GUI) to overlay the summary information, wherein the floating GUI is a filter that includes a plurality of buttons each representing a feature or a characteristic in the interactive aggregate table;
- and
- a second user selection of one or more buttons of the plurality of buttons for causing the interactive table and the summary information of the interactive aggregate table to update based on the feature or the characteristic represented by each of the one or more buttons.
