A compound having formula A or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein,
- R1 is a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, and the substituted means being substituted by one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, halogenated C1-6 alkyl, —NR8R9, and ethynyl;
- R2 and R3 are each independently hydrogen or deuterium;
- R4 and R5 are each independently C1-6 alkyl;
- R6 is selected from the substituted or unsubstituted group consisting of C3-6 cycloalkyl and the substituted means being substituted by one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, and halogenated C1-6 alkyl;
- n is 1 or 2;
- W is C-R7;
- R7 is hydrogen or halogen;
- and
- R8 and R9 are each independently C1-6 alkyl.
