Display device and manufacturing method for light emitting element

A display device comprising:

• a first electrode and a second electrode spaced apart from each other;
• and
• a light emitting element disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, the light emitting element comprising a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer on the first semiconductor layer, and an active layer between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer,
• wherein the light emitting element includes a core area and a doping area surrounding the core area,
• wherein a doping concentration of the doping area is higher than a doping concentration of the core area, and
• wherein the doping area includes an outer portion of at least one of the first semiconductor layer, the second semiconductor layer, or the active layer.
