Abstract
Described herein are techniques for providing enhanced services to a user device based on itinerary data. Such techniques may comprise receiving itinerary data that comprises an indication of at least one event associated with a user device, determining, based on the itinerary data, a temporary user device identifier to be provisioned onto the user device in relation to the at least one event, providing the temporary user device identifier to the user device to be provisioned onto the user device while the at least one event is occurring, and upon receiving a communication directed toward the temporary user device identifier while the at least one event is occurring, routing the communication to the user device.
Claims13
A method comprising:
- receiving itinerary data that comprises an indication of a user associated with a user device will be traveling outside of a service area associated with the user device;
- determining that an emergency service associated with the user device is relevant to the user associated with the user device traveling outside of the service area associated with the user device;
- generating a notification comprising information about the user associated with the user device traveling outside of the service area associated with the user device, the information indicating (i) a timeframe over which the user associated with the user device will be traveling outside of the service area associated with the user device and (ii) updated profile information of the user indicating a location of the user while traveling outside of the service area, wherein the profile information indicates to a provider of the emergency service a location of the user of the user device during instances where real-time location information is unavailable;
- and
- providing the notification to the provider of the emergency service.
A system, comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- memory including a plurality of computer-executable components that are executable by the one or more processors to perform a plurality of acts, the plurality of acts comprising:
- receiving itinerary data that comprises an indication of a user associated with a user device will be traveling outside of a service area associated with the user device;
- determining that an emergency service associated with the user device is relevant to the user associated with the user device traveling outside of the service area associated with the user device;
- generating a notification comprising information about the user associated with the user device traveling outside of the service area associated with the user device, the information indicating (i) a timeframe over which the user associated with the user device will be traveling outside of the service area associated with the user device and (ii) updated profile information of the user indicating a location of the user while traveling outside of the service area, wherein the profile information indicates to a provider of the emergency service a location of the user of the user device during instances where real-time location information is unavailable;
- and
- providing the notification to the provider of the emergency service.
One or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computer-executable instructions that upon execution cause one or more computers to perform acts comprising:
- receiving itinerary data that comprises an indication of a user associated with a user device will be traveling outside of a service area associated with the user device;
- determining that an emergency service associated with the user device is relevant to the user associated with the user device traveling outside of the service area associated with the user device;
- generating a notification comprising information about the user associated with the user device traveling outside of the service area associated with the user device, the information indicating (i) a timeframe over which the user associated with the user device will be traveling outside of the service area associated with the user device and (ii) updated profile information of the user indicating a location of the user while traveling outside of the service area, wherein the profile information indicates to a provider of the emergency service a location of the user of the user device during instances where real-time location information is unavailable;
- and
- providing the notification to the provider of the emergency service.
