Abstract
The present disclosure concerns a hearing device (10) with improved sealing and providing easy exchange of for example covers and/or filters and/or sealings in/on the hearing device. In some embodiments, a sealing is configured to protect a control unit and a power source of the hearing device by preventing dust from entering into the interior of the hearing device housing. Also, in some embodiments, the sealing is configured to keep the hearing device housing sealed when a cover is decoupled from the hearing device housing.
Claims32
A hearing device comprising:
- a hearing device housing having an interior;
- at least one microphone accommodated by the hearing device housing;
- a cover configured to couple with the hearing device housing;
- a power source in the interior of the hearing device housing;
- a control unit in the interior of the hearing device housing, the control unit operationally connected to the at least one microphone and the power source;
- a sealing configured to protect the control unit and the power source by preventing dust and/or moisture from entering into the interior of the hearing device housing, wherein the sealing is removable from the hearing device housing;
- wherein the cover and the hearing device housing comprise respective coupling parts for detachable connection with each other, wherein the sealing is configured to keep the hearing device housing sealed when the cover is decoupled from the hearing device housing;
- and
- wherein at least a part of the sealing is directly adjacent to the cover when the cover is coupled with the hearing device housing.

A hearing device comprising:
- a hearing device housing having an interior;
- at least one microphone accommodated by the hearing device housing;
- a cover configured to couple with the hearing device housing;
- a power source in the interior of the hearing device housing;
- a control unit in the interior of the hearing device housing, the control unit operationally connected to the at least one microphone and the power source;
- wherein the cover and the hearing device housing comprise respective coupling parts for detachable connection with each other;

- wherein the hearing device comprises a flange located away from an exterior surface of the hearing device housing, wherein the cover is configured to cover at least a part of the flange when the cover is connected to the hearing device housing, and wherein the flange comprises a hole configured to align with a corresponding hole at the cover, and wherein the hearing device further comprises a locking pin configured for insertion into the hole and the corresponding hole to lock the cover and the hearing device housing against each other.
