Abstract
A reactor, comprising: a support; a coil wound on an outer surface of the support and including a plurality of coil segments electrically connected in sequence; and at least one first insulating separator disposed on the outer surface of the support and separating the outer surface of the support into a plurality of regions, in which the plurality of coil segments is respectively arranged.
Claims7
A reactor, comprising:
- a support having an outer surface and a hollow inner cavity, wherein a magnetic core is at least partially disposed in the hollow inner cavity of the support;
- a coil wound on the outer surface of the support and including a plurality of coil segments electrically connected in sequence;
- at least one first insulating separator disposed on the outer surface of the support and separating the outer surface of the support into a plurality of regions in which the plurality of coil segments are respectively arranged;
- and
- one or more positioning bodies disposed on a cavity wall of the hollow inner cavity of the support, wherein the one or more positioning bodies contact against the magnetic core to fix a position of the magnetic core within the hollow inner cavity of the support,
- wherein the one or more positioning bodies are configured such that a gap between the magnetic core and the coil is defined and is larger than air gaps in a main magnetic circuit of the magnetic core.
