An information processing system comprising:

• a user terminal used by a user and configured to photograph a user's view;
• and
• an information processing apparatus comprising:
• at least one memory storing instructions, and
• at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to:
• acquire a photographed image generated by the user terminal;
• detect an exteriorly-installed facility object related to a facility from the photographed image and specify a facility of interest based on the detected exteriorly-installed facility object;
• generate superimposition information based on facility-related information related to the facility of interest, among a plurality of pieces of facility-related information;
• and
• control the user terminal to display the superimposition information in such a manner that the superimposition information overlaps a view area indicating the user's view,
• wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to:
• acquire personal information of the user, personal information of a companion of the user, and a degree of importance of the personal information of the companion relative to that of the personal information of the user, and
• set a priority to each of the plurality of pieces of facility-related information based on the personal information of the user, the personal information of the companion, and the degree of importance.

An information processing method comprising:

• acquiring a photographed image generated by photographing a user's view by a user terminal;
• detecting an exteriorly-installed facility object related to a facility from the photographed image and specifying a facility of interest based on the detected exteriorly-installed facility object;
• generating superimposition information based on facility-related information related to the facility of interest, among a plurality of pieces of facility-related information;
• and
• controlling the user terminal to display the superimposition information in such a manner that the superimposition information overlaps a view area indicating the user's view,
• wherein the method further comprises:
• acquiring personal information of the user, personal information of a companion of the user, and a degree of importance of the personal information of the companion relative to that of the personal information of the user, and
• setting a priority to each of the plurality of pieces of facility-related information based on the personal information of the user, the personal information of the companion, and the degree of importance.
