Composite yarns

A composite yarn, comprising:

• a core filament located at a core of the composite yarn;
• a first multifilament covering in parallel a peripheral surface of the core filament, wherein the first multifilament covering in parallel the peripheral surface of the core filament means that a length extension direction of the first multifilament and a length extension direction of the core filament are the same and parallel to each other;
• a water-based adhesive distributed on a surface and inside of the first multifilament, wherein the water-based adhesive on the surface of the first multifilament forms a water-based adhesive layer, the water-based adhesive includes water-based polyurethane emulsion or polyacrylate emulsion, and a concentration of the water-based adhesive is within a range of 20-50 wt %;
• a second multifilament uniformly covering in parallel a peripheral surface of the water-based adhesive layer, wherein the second multifilament covering in parallel the peripheral surface of the water-based adhesive layer means that a length extension direction of the second multifilament and the length extension direction of the first multifilament are the same and parallel to each other;
• and
• a double-clad structure layer covering an outer side of the second multifilament, wherein
• the double-clad structure layer is a clad structure of short fiber yarns, a clad structure of filaments, or a clad structure of short fiber yarns and filaments, and two layers of clad yarns of the double-clad structure layer are twisted in opposite directions;
• both the first multifilament and the second multifilament are organic multifilaments or inorganic multifilaments;
• the second multifilament is selected from a group consisting of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), high-strength and low-elongation polyester, aramid 1414, or high-strength vinylon;
• and
• a fineness of the core filament is within a range of 10-60 μm.
