An organ bud comprising iPSC-derived hepatocytes, vascular cells, and mesenchymal cells, wherein the hepatocytes are HNF4A positive.
An organ bud comprising iPSC-derived transitional hepatic endoderm cells, vascular cells, and mesenchymal cells, wherein the iPSC-derived transitional hepatic endoderm cells are TBX3 positive and ADRA1B positive.
