Disclosed herein are methods for enhancing immune responses to a vaccine in immunocompromised individuals, including those receiving a slatin therapy. Related products are also provided.

A tetravalent vaccine that comprises about 45 μg to about 150 μg of at least one high-dose influenza virus antigen, wherein the tetravalent vaccine enhances an immune response in an immunocompromised subject who is 65 years or older.
A tetravalent vaccine that comprises about 60 μg of at least one influenza virus antigen per strain, wherein the tetravalent vaccine enhances an immune response in an immunocompromised subject who is 65 years or older.
