Abstract
Methods and compositions for treating and/or preventing aging-related conditions are described. The compositions used in the methods include fractions derived from blood plasma with efficacy in treating and/or preventing aging-related conditions such as neurocognitive disorders.

A method of reducing a cognitive impairment in a subject having an aging-associated cognitive disorder, the method comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a Plasma Fraction, wherein the Plasma Fraction consists of the soluble fraction Effluent II/III.
