Abstract
According to some embodiments, systems and methods are provided including a memory storing program code; and one or more processing units to execute the program code to cause the system to: receive a graphical user interface (GUI) element, the received GUI element having an initial state; receive at least one state change to the received GUI element, the state change resulting in the GUI element having a current state; generate a bookmark for the current state of the GUI element; append the generated bookmark to a presentation content file as a tag; and store the appended bookmark in the tag. Numerous other aspects are provided.
Claims20
A system comprising:
- a memory storing program code;
- and
- one or more processing units to execute the program code to cause the system to:
- receive a graphical user interface (GUI) element, the received GUI element having an initial state;
- receive at least one state change to the received GUI element, the at least one state change resulting in the GUI element having a current state;
- generate a bookmark for the current state of the GUI element;
- append the generated bookmark to a presentation content file as a tag;
- and
- store the appended bookmark in the tag.
A computer-implemented method comprising:
- receiving a graphical user interface (GUI) element, the received GUI element having an initial state;
- receiving at least one state change to the received GUI element, the at least one state change resulting in the GUI element having a current state;
- generating a bookmark for the current state of the GUI element;
- appending the generated bookmark to a presentation content file as a tag, wherein the tag is mapped to a given image in the presentation content file;
- and
- storing the appended bookmark in the tag.
One or more non-transitory, computer-readable medium storing instructions, that, when executed by a computing system, cause the computing system to perform operations comprising:
- receiving a refresh request for a Graphic User Interface (GUI) element having a current state;
- determining the GUI element having the current state has a stored appended bookmark;
- rendering an initial state of the GUI element;
- retrieving the stored appended bookmark;
- applying the retrieved appended bookmark to the rendered initial state of the GUI element;
- rendering the current state of the GUI element with updated data;
- and
- displaying the rendered current state of the GUI element with the updated data on a user interface.
