Abstract
Solar panel cleaning formulations are disclosed herein. In accordance with some aspects, provides is a solar panel cleaning formulation that comprises a surfactant, urea, a mild acid, an antimicrobial agent and water. In some cases, the solar panel cleaning formulation comprises an antimicrobial agent comprising a novel antibacterial compound disclosed herein.
Claims16
A solar panel cleaning formulation, comprising:
- a surfactant, urea, a mild acid, an antimicrobial agent, and water, wherein the surfactant is in a range of 0.6-0.8 wt. %, the urea is in a range of 0.2-0.3 wt. %, the mild acid is in a range of 0.6-0.7 wt. %, the antimicrobial agent is in a range of 0.1-0.2 wt. %, and water is 98 wt. %, wherein all weight percentages are based on a total weight of the solar panel cleaning formulation.
A compound of formula (5);
A solar panel cleaning formulation, comprising:
- a surfactant, urea, a mild acid, an antimicrobial agent, and water, wherein the antimicrobial agent is 4-(tert-butyl)-N-(4-(4-(5-oxo-5H-benzo[a]phenothiazin-6-ylamino)phenylsulfonyl)phenyl) benzamide.
