- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- R is H or C1-6alkyl optionally substituted with one substituent selected from —OH, C1-6 alkyloxy, or C6-12 aryl;
- R1 is H or C1-6 alkyl;
- R2 is H or C1-6 alkyl;
- R3 is H or C1-6 alkyl;
- Ring B is C6-12 arylene or C3-12 heteroarylene containing 1 to 4 heteroatoms independently selected from N and O provided that Ring B is not
- wherein the * designates a bond to L;
- n is 0, 1, 2, or 3;
- each R5 is independently halo, C1-6 alkyl, or C1-6 alkyloxy;
- Ring A is C6-12 arylene or C3-12 heteroarylene containing 1-2 heteroatoms independently selected from N and O;
- m is 1, 2, 3, or 4;
- each R4 is independently H, halo, C1-6 alkyl, or C1-6 alkoxy, wherein the C1-6 alkyl and C1-6 alkoxy groups are optionally substituted with 1-3 groups independently selected from halo, C1-6 alkyloxy, amido, and N,N-dimethylamido groups;
- and
- L is C4-8 alkylene, C4-8 alkenylene, C4-8 heteroalkylene, or C4-8 heteroalkenylene, each of which is optionally substituted with 1 or 4 groups independently selected from halo and C1-6 alkyl, and wherein the heteroalkylene and heteroalkenylene comprise 1 to 4 oxygen atoms.
