Multi-spring-loaded actuators

A multi-spring-loaded actuator system, comprising:

• a first article attached to a fixed frame, wherein the fixed frame supports a rotatable axis that rotates relative to the fixed frame;
• a second article operationally associated for movement relative to the first article;
• a first loaded spring having a first rotational potential attached to the rotatable axis to cause the rotatable axis to rotate in a first direction when the first rotational potential of the first loaded spring is released;
• an off-actuator one-time release mechanism coupled to the second article to retain the first loaded spring at the first potential until the off-actuator one-time release mechanism is spent causing the first loaded spring to release;
• a second loaded spring having a second rotational potential attached to the rotatable axis to cause the rotatable axis to rotate in a second direction opposite the first direction when a second rotational potential of the second loaded spring is released subsequent to release of the first loaded spring;
• and
• a second one-time release mechanism coupled to the second loaded spring to retain the second loaded spring at the second rotational potential until the second one-time release mechanism is spent causing the second loaded spring to release and rotate the rotatable axis in the second direction opposite the first direction.
