Abstract
The invention relates to a concrete shaping insert, which is formed to be arranged in a formwork mold before a concreting process, comprising a first and second fixing element, between which at least one displacement body is arranged. The concrete shaping insert is characterized in that, the displacement body has an interstitial tube and that the first and second fixing element are connected to one another with at least one connecting component, which proceed through the interstitial tube.
Claims27
A concrete shaping insert to be arranged in a formwork mold before a concreting process, the concrete shaping insert comprising:
- a first fixing element and a second fixing element,
- a plurality of displacement bodies arranged between the first fixing element and the second fixing element,
- wherein each displacement body of the plurality of displacement bodies includes a first displacement body part and a second displacement body part connected to the first displacement body part such that the displacement body is a hollow body having an interstitial tube therethough, and
- a plurality of connecting components formed separately from the plurality of displacement bodies, each connecting component of the plurality of connecting components including an elongated web, a first connecting element at a first end of the elongated web, and a second connecting element at a second end of the elongated web opposite the first end of the elongated web,
- wherein the first connecting element comprises an elastically deformable first locking hook having a receptacle and an insertion gap through which a section of the first fixing element is insertable for receipt in the receptacle of the first locking hook, wherein a passage width of the insertion gap of the first locking hook is smaller than an inner diameter of the receptacle of the first locking hook,
- wherein the second connecting element comprises an elastically deformable second locking hook having an indentation and a guide surface for guiding a section of the second fixing element into engagement with the indentation of the second locking hook, wherein the indentation of the second locking hook defines an insertion gap adjacent the guide surface through which a section of the second fixing element is insertable for receipt in the indentation of the second locking hook, wherein a passage width of the insertion gap of the second locking hook is greater than the passage width of the insertion gap of the first locking hook,
- wherein each connecting component of the plurality of connecting components is arranged to extend through the interstitial tube of a respective displacement body of the plurality of displacement bodies and is pivotable relative to the respective displacement body.
