Heat treatment method for amorphous alloy ribbon and heat treatment apparatus for amorphous alloy ribbon

A heat treatment method for an amorphous alloy ribbon, comprising

• a step of transferring an amorphous alloy ribbon while
• (i) a first surface of the amorphous alloy ribbon is in surface contact with a convex curved surface of a heating roller to heat the amorphous alloy ribbon by heat conduction;
• and
• (ii) a second surface opposite to the first surface of the amorphous alloy ribbon is in surface contact with a heated band member to heat the amorphous alloy ribbon by heat conduction;
• wherein the heated band member is a metal band, is bridged over two rollers and driven thereby, and is heated by receiving heat from the two rollers;
• and
• wherein the transferring is performed while a portion of the amorphous alloy ribbon that is in contact with the convex curved surface is pressed against the convex curved surface from a side opposite to a contact surface via the heated band member.
