Low-water compositions

A low-water composition, comprising:

• 1) At least one solid dissolvable composition domain (SDC) having crystallizing agent;
• 2) at least one polyethylene glycol (PEGC) domain;
• 3) Freshness benefit agent;
• and
• wherein the crystallizing agent is the sodium salt of saturated fatty acids having from 8 to about 12 carbon atoms;
• wherein the freshness benefit agent is present in at least one of the SDC or PEGC;
• wherein the low water composition has a water content of less than about 10 wt. %”;
• and
• wherein the sodium salt of saturated fatty acids of the crystallizing agent comprises from 50 wt. % to 70 wt. % C12, 15 wt. % to 25 wt. % C10, and 15 wt. % to 25 wt. % C8.
