Bicyclic fused ring derivative or salt thereof and pharmaceutical composition comprising same

A compound of Formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• wherein,
• A is —CR1═, —N═, or —C(O)—,
• R is absent where A is —CR1═ or —N═, and R is C1-6 alkyl where A is —C(O)—,
• Q is N or CR2,
• W is N or CR3,
• Y is N or CR4,
• X is a heterocyclic ring or a benzene ring,
• the heterocyclic ring or the benzene ring is optionally substituted with 1 or 2 substituents selected from the group consisting of C1-6 alkyl, hydroxy-C1-6 alkyl, halogen, trifluoromethyl, C1-6 alkoxy, C1-6 alkylcarbonyl, C1-6 alkoxybenzylaminosulfonyl, C1-6 alkylsulfonyl, di-C1-6 alkylphosphoryl, di-C1-6 alkoxyphosphoryl, mono- or di-C1-6 alkylaminosulfonyl, cyclopropylaminosulfonyl, pyrrolidinylsulfonyl, morpholinylsulfonyl, piperidinylsulfonyl, 3,3-difluoropyrrolidinylsulfonyl, C1-3 alkyl-piperazinylsulfonyl, and trifluoromethylsulfonyl,
• R1 is hydrogen, trifluoromethyl, or C1-6 alkyl,
• R2, R3, and R4 are, independently each other, selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, trifluoromethyl, cyano, nitro, hydroxycarbonyl, C1-6 alkoxycarbonyl and —C(O)NR5R6, and
• R5 and R6 are, independently each other, hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, or C1-6 alkoxy;
• or form a 3- to 7-membered N-containing cyclic ring together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded.
