Abstract
The present invention is directed to novel chemical compositions of matter and their methods of synthesis, and in particular novel analogs of Psilocin having enhanced physical and pharmacokinetic characteristics.

A psilocin analog compound comprising:
- wherein
- X1 is N, or NH;
- X2 is CH;
- X3 is CH;
- A is C;
- R1 is O, or —OH;
- R2 is linear alkane-R3, wherein R3 is (CH3)2NH (dimethylamine);
- and wherein said dashed lines represents possible double bond positions according to the configuration of X being N or CH, and R1 being O or —OH;
- or
- a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
