A compound of Formula (I) or a salt thereof:
- wherein R1 is hydrogen;
- wherein R2 is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, CH3, OCH3, OH, CN, NH2, CH2OH, CH2NH2, OCH2CH2N(CH2H5)2, OCH2CH2N(CH3)2, NHSO2CH3, CF3, OCHF2, OCH2CH2NH2, COOC2H5, COOH, COOCH3,
- OR′, SR′, NR′R′, NR′COR′, NR′CONR′R′, NR′CO2R′, COR′, CO2R′, NOR′, NO2, CONR′R′, OC(O) NR′R′, SO2R′, SO2NR′R′, NR′SO2R′, NR′SO2NR′R′, C(O)C(O)R′, C(O)CH2C(O)R′, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C6 alkenyl, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C6 alkynyl, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl, and a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl;
- R′ is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, or alternately, two R′ moieties bound to the same nitrogen atom are optionally taken together with the nitrogen atom to form a 3-7 membered saturated or unsaturated ring having 1-2 additional heteroatoms independently selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, oxygen, or sulfur;
- Y is independently selected from O, NH, or N—CH3;
- wherein R3 and R4 are hydrogen;
