Display device, substrate for display device and method for repairing display device

A display, comprising:

• a base;
• a plurality of light sources disposed on the base, at least one of the light sources including a first interconnect and one or more second interconnects;
• a plurality of mounting regions on which a plurality of sub-light emitting diodes is mounted;
• and
• a phosphor layer covering at least one of the plurality of sub-light emitting diodes,
• wherein:
• the phosphor layer is configured to convert a wavelength of blue light emitted by the at least one of the plurality of sub-light emitting diodes to a wavelength of red light;
• a first region of at least one of the plurality of sub-light emitting diodes is electrically connected to the first interconnect;
• a second region of at least one of the plurality of sub-light emitting diodes is electrically connected to one of the one or more second interconnects;
• and
• at least one of the plurality of sub-light emitting diodes mounted on the plurality of mounting regions is configured to emit light of a different color.

A display, comprising:

• a base;
• a plurality of light sources disposed on the base, at least one of the light sources including a first interconnect and one or more second interconnects;
• a plurality of mounting regions on which a plurality of sub-light emitting diodes is mounted;
• and
• a phosphor layer covering at least one of the plurality of sub-light emitting diodes,
• wherein:
• the phosphor layer is configured to convert a wavelength of blue light emitted by the at least one of the plurality of sub-light emitting diodes to a wavelength of red light;
• a first region of at least one of the plurality of sub-light emitting diodes is electrically connected to the first interconnect;
• a second region of at least one of the plurality of sub-light emitting diodes is electrically connected to one of the one or more second interconnects;
• and
• at least one of the plurality of sub-light emitting diodes mounted on the plurality of mounting regions is configured to emit light of a different peak wavelength.
