Display driving device for reducing power consumption and operating method thereof

A display driving device comprising:

• a reception circuit configured to receive first display data including a first group of data values;
• a transmission control circuit configured to output the first display data or second display data including a second group of data values based on a comparison result between the first group of data values and target data values;
• and
• a data processing circuit configured to process the first display data or the second display data outputted from the transmission control circuit,
• wherein the transmission control circuit includes an inversion circuit configured to bypass the first display data to the data processing circuit when the first group of data values are not respectively the same as the target data values, to convert the first group of data values into the second group of data values that are respectively complementary to the first group of data values when the first group of data values are respectively the same as the target data values;
• and to output the second display data including the second group of data values to the data processing circuit.
