Abstract
Provided is a biocompatible composition or the like that assists cells in the repair of a damaged tissue in a joint cavity. The biocompatible composition or the like according to the disclosure includes a biocompatible polymer having a substituent that adheres or binds to cells and/or a soft tissue in a joint cavity.

A biocompatible composition comprising:
- a mesh structure;
- and
- at least one biocompatible polymer, the biocompatible polymer comprising
- at least one substituent group configured to adhere or bind to either a soft tissue in a joint cavity or a cell, wherein
- the substituent group configured to adhere or bind to either a soft tissue in a joint cavity or a cell is one or more substituent groups selected from the group consisting of a 4-hydroxyphenyl group, a 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl group, a 3,4,5-trihydroxyphenyl group, and a cell adhesion protein derivative.
