Compositions and methods for the treatment of liver disorders

A compound of Formula (II):

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
• wherein
• R1 is selected from the group consisting of:
• C6-10 aryl, 5-10 membered heteroaryl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, or 5-10 membered heterocyclyl, each of which is optionally substituted with 1-3 R1A;
• R2 is halogen, C1-6 alkyl, haloC1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, haloC1-6 alkoxy, C6-10 aryl, 5-10 membered heteroaryl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, or 5-10 membered heterocyclyl each of which is optionally substituted with 1-3 R2A;
• G is selected from the group consisting of:
• C6-10 aryl, 5-10 membered heteroaryl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, or 5-10 membered heterocyclyl, each of which is optionally substituted with 1-3 RG;
• R3 is —P(═O)(X)(Y) or 5-10 membered heteroaryl containing 1-2 heteroatoms selected from N, O and S optionally substituted with 1-2 R3A independently selected from halogen, —OR5, C1-6 alkyl, haloC1-6 alkyl, haloC1-6 alkoxy, or C3-10 cycloalkyl;
• each R1A is independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-6 alkyl, haloC1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, haloC1-6 alkoxy, C6-10 aryl, 5-10 membered heteroaryl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, and 5-10 membered heterocyclyl;
• each R2A is independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-6 alkyl, haloC1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, haloC1-6 alkoxy, C6-10 aryl, 5-10 membered heteroaryl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, and 5-10 membered heterocyclyl;
• each RG is independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-6 alkyl, haloC1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, and haloC1-6 alkoxy;
• X and Y are each independently —OR4, NR5R6, C1-6 alkyl, or haloC1-6 alkyl;
• each R4 is independently hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, or haloC1-6 alkyl;
• each R5 is independently hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl;
• and
• each R6 is independently hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl.
