Electrophotographic belt and electrophotographic image forming apparatus

An electrophotographic belt comprising a cylindrical film as a base layer, wherein

• the cylindrical film comprises a crystalline polyester, an amorphous polyester and a carbon black,
• a content ratio of the carbon black in the cylindrical film is 2.0% by mass or more,
• an average alignment degree Fc1 of the carbon black in a circumferential direction of the cylindrical film is 0.30 or more, and an average alignment angle Φc1 of the carbon black in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical film is −10° to +10° as observed in a square observation area of 5 μm in length×5 μm in width in a cross section of the cylindrical film in thickness and a direction along the circumferential direction of the cylindrical film,
• the cylindrical film has a first phase comprising the amorphous polyester and the carbon black, and a second phase comprising the crystalline polyester, and
• the second phase further comprises a (meth)acrylic resin having a structure represented by formula (a):
• wherein, in the formula (a), Ra represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and Rb represents an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms.
