A stable anhydrous dish soap formulation in a solid form, comprising a non-ionic surfactant, an enzyme, and a filler, wherein the non-ionic surfactant comprises sorbitan caprylate, wherein the dish soap formulation is in the form of a tablet, and wherein the tablet weighs from about 3.0 to less than 8.7 grams.
