Embodiments of this application provide a photoplethysmography (PPG) based control method and an electronic device and relate to the field of terminal technologies. The method includes: using, by the electronic device, the plurality of LEDs to emit a light signal corresponding to a first current; using, by the electronic device, at least one of the plurality of PDs to obtain a second current returned by the light signal corresponding to the first current via a human tissue; and reducing, by the electronic device, the first current by using a preset first current step size when the electronic device determines that the second current is greater than a target current; or increasing, by the electronic device, the first current by using the preset first current step size when the electronic device determines that the second current is less than the target current.
A photoplethysmography (PPG) based control method, applied to an electronic device comprising a PPG module, the PPG module comprising a plurality of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and a plurality of photodiodes (PDs), wherein the method comprises:
An electronic device, comprising:
One or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computer instructions, that when executed by one or more processors, cause an electronic device to perform operations, wherein the electronic device comprises a photoplethysmography (PPG) module, wherein the PPG module comprising a plurality of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and a plurality of photodiodes (PDs), and the operations comprise:
