Abstract
The present application relates to compositions capable of inducing an immune response against Varicella zoster virus, methods of administering such compositions, and methods of producing such compositions.

An immunogenic composition comprising:
- a varicella zoster virus antigen, wherein the varicella zoster virus antigen has the sequence of SEQ ID No. 9, and a compound of Formula I-4:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method of increasing cell-mediated immunity in a patient, said method comprising administering to said patient an effective amount of an immunogenic composition comprising a varicella zoster virus antigen, wherein the varicella zoster virus antigen has the sequence of SEQ ID No. 9, and a compound of Formula I-4:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
