Abstract
A poly(phenylene ether) copolymer comprising first repeating units comprising a C1-6alkyl(C6-30cycloalkenyl) pendant group; second repeating units different from the first repeating units; a copolymer of Formula (3); and optionally, at least one terminal functional group comprising (meth)acrylate, styrene, —CH2—(C6H4)—CH═CH2, allyl, cyanate ester, glycidyl ether, anhydride, aniline, maleimide, an activated ester, or a combination thereof.
Claims15
A poly(phenylene ether) copolymer comprising
- first repeating units comprising a C1-6alkyl(C6-30cycloalkenyl) pendant group, wherein the C1-6alkyl(C6-30cycloalkenyl) pendant group of the first repeating unit is a —C1-C3alkyl(bicyclo[2.2.1]heptene) group, a —C1-C3alkyl(bicyclo[2.2.1]heptadiene) group, a —C1-C3alkyl(cyclohexene) group, a —C1-C3alkyl(cyclohexadiene) group, or a —C1-C3alkyl(C6-30 cycloalkenyl) group;
- second repeating units different from the first repeating units;
- a copolymer of Formula (3);
- and
- at least one terminal functional group comprising (meth)acrylate, styrene, —CH2—(C6H4)—CH═CH2, allyl, cyanate ester, glycidyl ether, anhydride, aniline, maleimide, an activated ester, or a combination thereof,
