Abstract
A tube welder including a clamp block configured to receive a tube, a carriage movable along a first axis, and a slide rail coupling the clamp block to the carriage such that the clamp block is configured to move along a second axis between the carriage and the clamp block. The tube welder further including a spring biasing the clamp block in a first direction along the second axis and a linkage configured to move the clamp block in the first direction and in a second direction along the second axis, opposite the first direction.

A heater assembly comprising:
- a core with a longitudinal axis and having a cylindrical support;
- a winding positioned around the core;
- a first reflector including a first surface and a mount, wherein the mount is a V-shaped groove configured to receive the cylindrical support;
- and
- a second reflector including a second surface;
- wherein the core is positioned between the first surface of first reflector and the second surface of the second reflector;
- wherein a first gap is formed between the first reflector and the second reflector, and a second gap is formed between the first reflector and the second reflector;
- and
- wherein the core is positioned between the first gap and the second gap.

A heater assembly comprising:
- a core with a longitudinal axis;
- a winding positioned around the core;
- a first reflector including a first surface with a first portion between first and second side portions;
- and
- a second reflector including a second surface with a second portion between third and fourth side portions, wherein a first gap is formed between the first side portion and the third side portion and a second gap is formed between the second side portion and the fourth side portion, the first and second gaps configured to receive at least one tube;
- wherein the first and second reflector at least partially surround the core, with the core between the first and second gap and the longitudinal axis of the core is aligned with the first and second gap.
