A medical apparatus comprising:
- a first plate configured to match a mandible contour, the first plate having first and second sides;
- a first attachment loop extending from the first side and configured to overly the mandible and receive a first fastener to directly affix the first plate to the mandible;
- a first hook extending from the second side and having a first open part turned toward the first side;
- and
- a first wire received in the first open part.
