Tire with spoke loops

A nonpneumatic tire having a central axis and an equatorial plane, the nonpneumatic tire comprising:

• a serpentine spoke ply disposed continuously about the central axis of the nonpneumatic tire, such that the serpentine spoke ply follows a winding path between an inner diameter and an outer diameter, and such that the serpentine spoke ply has:
• a plurality of inner portions that extend in a substantially circumferential direction about the inner diameter,
• a plurality of outer portions that extend in a substantially circumferential direction about the outer diameter, and
• a plurality of spoke portions that extend between the inner diameter and the outer diameter;
• an outer hoop connected to the plurality of outer portions of the serpentine spoke ply;
• and
• a hub connected to a plurality of mounting members, the hub having a flange portion,
• wherein each of the plurality of mounting members includes a mounting bar and a plurality of radially extending bolts connecting the mounting bar to the flange portion of the hub,
• wherein each of the plurality of inner portions engages the mounting bar of a corresponding mounting member,
• wherein the mounting bar and the plurality of radially extending bolts are arranged such that tightening the plurality of radially extending bolts adjusts the radial position of the mounting bar, which applies tension to the serpentine spoke ply in a radial direction.
