Acoustic panel edge

A method of coating a minor face of an acoustic panel, the acoustic panel comprising two opposed major faces and one or more minor faces that extend between the major faces, the method comprising the steps of applying a powder, wherein the powder comprises a particulate binder, to at least a part of a minor face, thereby forming a layer of powder on the minor face, and then treating the layer to form a film, wherein the acoustic panel is a man-made vitreous fibre panel, and wherein the powder further comprises a particulate filler.
