Abstract
Methods and apparatuses for determining HARQ process number are disclosed. A method comprises receiving a control signal; and receiving a downlink data or transmitting an uplink data based on the control signal, the downlink data or the uplink data is associated with a HARQ process number.
Claims20
A user equipment (UE) for wireless communication, comprising:
- at least one memory;
- and
- at least one processor coupled with the at least one memory and operable to cause the UE to:
- receive a downlink control information (DCI) that activates a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) transmission, wherein the DCI comprises a field that indicates at least one of a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process number to enable one or more first HARQ processes associated with first respective HARQ process numbers greater than or equal to the first HARQ process number or a second HARQ process number to enable one or more second HARQ processes associated with second respective HARQ process numbers less than or equal to the second HARQ process number;
- enable, based at least in part on the DCI, the one or more first HARQ processes or the one or more second HARQ processes;
- and
- transmit or receive the SPS transmission based at least in part on enabling the one or more first HARQ processes or the one or more second HARQ processes, wherein the SPS transmission is associated with a HARQ process number that is greater than or equal to the first HARQ process number or less than or equal to the second HARQ process number.

A network equipment (NE) for wireless communication, comprising:
- at least one memory;
- and
- at least one processor coupled with the at least one memory and operable to cause the NE to:
- transmit a downlink control information (DCI) that activates a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) transmission, wherein the DCI comprises a field that indicates at least one of a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process number to enable one or more first HARQ processes associated with first respective HARQ process numbers greater than or equal to the first HARQ process number or a second HARQ process number to enable one or more second HARQ processes associated with second respective HARQ process numbers less than or equal to the second HARQ process number;
- and
- receive or transmit the SPS transmission based at least in part on the DCI, wherein the SPS transmission is associated with a HARQ process number that is greater than or equal to the first HARQ process number or less than or equal to the second HARQ process number.
3 more elements
A method performed by a user equipment (UE), the method comprising:
- receiving a downlink control information (DCI) that activates a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) transmission, wherein the DCI comprises a field that indicates at least one of a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process number to enable one or more first HARQ processes associated with first respective HARQ process numbers greater than or equal to the first HARQ process number or a second HARQ process number to enable one or more second HARQ processes associated with second respective HARQ process numbers less than or equal to the second HARQ process number;
- enabling, based at least in part on the DCI, the one or more first HARQ processes or the one or more second HARQ processes;
- and
- transmitting or receiving the SPS transmission based at least in part on enabling the one or more first HARQ processes or the one or more second HARQ processes, wherein the SPS transmission is associated with a HARQ process number that is greater than or equal to the first HARQ process number or less than or equal to the second HARQ process number.
1 more element
A method performed by a network equipment (NE), the method comprising:
- transmitting a downlink control information (DCI) that activates a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) transmission, wherein the DCI comprises a field that indicates at least one of a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process number to enable one or more first HARQ processes associated with first respective HARQ process numbers greater than or equal to the first HARQ process number or a second HARQ process number to enable one or more second HARQ processes associated with second respective HARQ process numbers less than or equal to the second HARQ process number;
- and
- receiving or transmitting the SPS transmission based at least in part on the DCI, wherein the SPS transmission is associated with a HARQ process number that is greater than or equal to the first HARQ process number or less than or equal to the second HARQ process number.
