Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for producing a dimeric stilbene using a plant callus culture solution. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a dimeric stilbene using a plant callus culture solution and a composition for dimeric stilbene production, which contains a plant callus culture solution as an active ingredient.
Claims6
A method for producing maackin as a dimeric stilbene using a grape callus culture solution, the method consisting of:
- i) suspension-culturing a grape callus in a culture medium and collecting a culture solution by separating the suspension-cultured grape callus and the culture medium;
- and
- ii) adding an extraction solvent to the culture solution collected in step i) and extracting maackin,
- wherein the culture medium in step i) consists of Murashige & Skoog (MS) medium and 1 mg/L of 2-4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid (2,4-D), and
- wherein the culture solution in step i) is a supernatant medium separated by centrifugation of the suspension-cultured grape callus and the culture medium.
A composition for production of maackin as a dimeric stilbene, which comprises a grape callus culture solution as a plant callus culture solution as an active ingredient.
