Abstract
This invention relates to bispecific binding molecules that bind to ROR1 and CD3, and methods of using them to treat diseases and conditions such as cancer.
Claims8
A molecule comprising a first antigen-binding domain that specifically binds to an extracellular domain of human receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1), wherein the first antigen-binding domain comprises:
- a) heavy chain (H)-CDR1-3 and light chain (L)-CDR1-3 comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 97, 61, 62, 63, 64, and 65, respectively;
- or
- b) heavy chain (H)-CDR1-3 and light chain (L)-CDR1-3 comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:
- 97, 61, 62, 63, 102, and 65, respectively;
- and
- wherein the molecule comprises a second antigen-binding domain that specifically binds to the extracellular domain of human CD3.
