The present disclosure provides compounds, pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof, and methods of using the same.
Claims8
A compound of Formula I-n-v:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- R1 is C(O)OR or N(R)C(O)R;
- R3 is OR, N(R)2, SR, CN, C(O)R, C(O)OR, C(O)N(R)2, SO2N(R)2, OC(O)R, N(R)C(O)R, N(R)SO2R, or an optionally substituted group selected from a 3- to 6-membered saturated or partially unsaturated carbocyclic ring, a 3- to 7-membered saturated or partially unsaturated heterocyclic ring having 1-2 heteroatoms independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur, and a 5- to 6-membered heteroaryl ring having 1-4 heteroatoms independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur;
- each R is independently hydrogen or an optionally substituted group selected from C1-6 aliphatic, a 3- to 6-membered saturated or partially unsaturated carbocyclic ring, a 4- to 6-membered saturated or partially unsaturated bridged bicyclic or spirocyclic carbocyclic ring, a saturated or partially unsaturated 3- to 6-membered heterocyclic ring having 1-3 heteroatoms independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur, phenyl, and a 5- to 6-membered heteroaryl ring having 1-4 heteroatoms independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur;
- or:
- two R groups on the same nitrogen atom may, together with the atoms to which they are attached, form an optionally substituted saturated or partially unsaturated 3- to 6-membered heterocyclic ring having 0-1 additional heteroatoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur;
- and
- Rº is C1-6 aliphatic or a 5- to 6-membered saturated, partially unsaturated, or aryl ring having 0-4 heteroatoms independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen, or sulfur, wherein Rº is optionally substituted with halogen or -(haloR•), wherein R• is C1-4 aliphatic.
