Claims10
A utility module assembly comprising:
- a first utility module comprising:
- a body;
- a telescopic handle coupled to a first end of the body;
- a pair of wheels coupled to a second end of the body opposite the first end, the pair of wheels rotating around a first axis;
- a plurality of ribs extending over one or more depressed surfaces defined by the body;
- and
- a first latch receptacle;
- and
- a container comprising:
- a storage compartment;
- a lower surface;
- a first lid pivotally coupled to the container, wherein the first lid defines a first top surface opposite the lower surface when the first lid is in a closed position;
- a plurality of male couplers extending from the lower surface, each of the plurality of male couplers comprising at least one tongue configured to engage with a rib of the plurality of ribs, wherein the plurality of male couplers are configured to slidingly engage with the plurality of ribs when the container slides with respect to the first utility module in a direction parallel to the first axis;
- and
- a latch configured to interface with the first latch receptacle, the interface between the first latch receptacle and the latch limiting sliding displacement of the container with respect to the first utility module.
