Manipulation unit and manipulation equipment for biological particle

A manipulation unit, adapted for manipulating a biological particle, the manipulation unit comprising:

• a substrate;
• a core electrode, disposed on the substrate, and the core electrode including a core working electrode;
• an internal electrode, disposed on the substrate, and the internal electrode including a plurality of first working electrodes and a first connecting electrode electrically connected to the plurality of first working electrodes;
• an external electrode, disposed on the substrate, and the external electrode including a plurality of second working electrodes and a second connecting electrode electrically connected to the plurality of second working electrodes;
• and
• an insulating layer, disposed on the substrate, the first connecting electrode and the second connecting electrode being covered by the insulating layer, the core working electrode, the plurality of first working electrodes and the plurality of second working electrodes being respectively protruded from the insulating layer, and the core working electrode being surrounded by the plurality of first working electrodes and the plurality of first working electrodes being surrounded by the plurality of second working electrodes.
