Abstract
A chamber providing controlled amounts and wavelengths of photonic IR and visible light within an internal space sized for at least one human being to exercise therein. The chamber includes at least one emitter system configured to emit FIR energy and at least one emitter system configured to emit at least MIR energy. The chamber includes at least one light emitting source configured to emit full spectrum visible light and/or a selected wavelength of visible light, and a control panel configured to control the amount, wavelengths and duration of FIR, MIR, and visible light within the chamber.
Claims18
A chamber for one or more persons to exercise, the chamber comprising:
- at least one emitting system located on a vertical wall of the chamber, the at least one light emitting system configured to emit FIR energy;
- at least one light emitting source configured to emit a full spectrum of visible light or a selected wavelength of visible light;
- at least one panel comprising natural stones capable of absorbing IR energy, wherein the at least one panel is positioned proximate the at least one emitting system and the at least one panel is configured to allow some of the FIR energy to pass therethrough and some of the FIR energy to be absorbed into the natural stones such that the natural stones emit photons;
- at least one natural salt block capable of absorbing the IR energy spaced from the at least one emitting system;
- a control panel configured to control a duration of the FIR energy and the visible light within the chamber, wherein the chamber is sized to allow one or more persons to perform isotonic or dynamic exercises, and
- wherein an environment within the chamber is selectively controllable including a temperature and a wavelength of the visible light.
A method of customizing an environment within a chamber having one or more natural salt blocks capable of absorbing IR energy onto an interior surface of a wall of the chamber, the method comprising:
- selecting a duration of FIR energy emitted from at least one emitting system configured to emit the FIR energy mounted within the chamber on a vertical surface of a wall of the chamber, wherein at least one panel comprising natural stones capable of absorbing the IR energy is retained in front of the at least one emitting system configured to emit the FIR energy wherein the panel includes gaps that allow some of the FIR energy to pass into the chamber;
- selecting a duration of at least one light emitting source configured to emit a full spectrum of visible light or a selected wavelength of visible light;
- selecting a wavelength of visible light emitted from the at least one light emitting source positioned within the chamber;
- and
- energizing the at least one emitting system for emitting the FIR energy such that the natural stones in the panel absorb the FIR energy and emit the FIR energy, the one or more natural salt blocks absorb the FIR energy and emit ions and the at least one light emitting source emits the visible light.
