Preparations including FSH, for example recombinant FSH, for use in the treatment of infertility in patients having high AMH and low bodyweight.
Claims9
A method of treating infertility in a female patient in need thereof, comprising identifying a female patient having a serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) level of 15 pmol/L to 24.9 pmol/L and a bodyweight <45 kg prior to treatment, and administering to the patient 0.18 ml of a solution of recombinant FSH in water having a concentration of 33.3 μg recombinant FSH/ml water.
A method of treating infertility in a female patient in need thereof, comprising identifying a female patient having a serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) level of 15 pmol/L to 24.9 pmol/L, and a bodyweight <45 kg, and a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 17.5 and 32.0 kg/m2 prior to treatment, and administering to the patient 0.18 ml of a solution of recombinant FSH in water having a concentration of 33.3 μg recombinant FSH/ml water.
